Management staff creates a customized training program utilizing training videos, charts, diagrams and other visual aids. All officers receive the identical training for specific site needs. Officers follow the specifications and conditions set forth by the client. The training manual contains sample reports, incident reports, restrictions, etc. Written Post orders are placed at each guard location summarizing the clients directives. The officers are responsible for maintaining the appearance of the guard booth or assigned area. Officers take pride in their assigned post. Cleanliness is very important; officers are responsible for canvassing the site for problems. Officers communicate appropriate client personnel and/or agency in the event of an emergency.
Officers have access to supervisors 24/7. Any reportable incident is immediately communicated to the client, the supervising officer or both, depending on the desires of the client. Bilingual officers are assigned when and where needed.

Our priorities are: Appearance, Duty, and Contractual Performance. Officers performing at a substandard level in any of these three key areas are not tolerated.
Communication with the client is a MUST. Supervisors and officers are taught to LISTEN and respond to clients' requests in a timely and effective manner.
